How do I reserve an event?

Fill out our Reservation Form with your preferred date and add-ons for your Picnic. Please be mindful that all Picnics are priced for 2 people. Additional guests are listed in the ‘Add-Ons’ section. Within 24-48 hours we will email you to confirm the date and details.

How much does a luxury picnic cost?

We believe in being very transparent; all prices are listed in the Reservation Form. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This will be collected once we confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your picnic. Feel free to email us any questions at [email protected].

What locations do you service?

We mainly service York, Pa and within a 10 mile radius of York with no travel charge. Outside of 10 miles, we charge a $1.50/mile round trip traveling fee.
For example, if the location is 28 miles from York:28 miles - 10 miles = 18 miles18 miles x 1.50/mile traveling fee = $27$27 x 2 round trip = $54 Traveling Fee

How do I pay?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice for payment. We accept payments via Cash App or a secure online payment link powered by Square. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking, depending on the service. Final balances are typically due 7-14 days prior to your event date.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for the best availability. Reservations can be made with as little as 7 days’ notice. For bookings needed sooner, please call us to check availability. A last-minute fee will apply for bookings made under 7 days.

How long can I picnic?

The luxury picnic will be yours to enjoy for 2 hours. If you would like more time, please add it under ‘Add-Ons’ on the Reservation Request for a small fee.

Do you provide food and beverages?

For our luxury picnics, we do not provide full meals, but we offer delicious charcuterie boards as add-ons for an additional charge and complimentary water bottles and ice. For charcuterie boards and grazing tables, we handle all food purchasing and preparation to create your custom spread.
